We offer workshops weekly at the Frank & Son Collectibles Show at 19649 San Jose Ave. City of Industry, CA 91748. Workshops are on Wed and Sat in booth 807 at the show.

6:15-7:30 - Visual Storytelling
7:45-9:00 - Advanced Comic Art (ongoing)

Saturdays
9:30-10:30 - Comic Book Art
11:00-12:00 - Visual Storytelling
12:30-1:30 - Cartooning for Kids
2:00-3:00 - Cartooning for Kids
3:30-4:45 - Advanced Comic Art (ongoing)

Comic Art and Cartoon Workshops Start Nov 21

It’s official!!

Today is the Comic Book Art Institute’s official first day at the Frank & Son Show. We’ll be running workshops starting at 9:30am and running through 5pm when the show closes. In addition to our Cartooning for Kids workshops, we’re also open for adult students and will be teaching Comic Book Art, Anatomy, Storytelling, Inking and more!

If your or your child is interested in learing to draw cartoons, comic books, anime or manga, stop by booth #807 and learn from 15+ year veteran in the comic book industry, Mat Nastos (Thor, Spider-man, Superman, Elfquest) and award winning illustrator, Hal Hefner.
